We currently accept online payment by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro (Switch), via PayPal. Should you wish to use an alternative method of payment, please contact us prior to placing your order. All prices on this site are in British Pounds Sterling.
Occassionaly, items may vary from the ones pictured on our website - we will do our best to send you the nearest possible alternative; i.e. will we still send a 'caveman club', but it may vary slightly from the one pictured.
Shipping And Handling
Please Note: we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, orders placed on these days will be despatched on Tuesday.
All deliveries are by Royal Mail, priced at £4.50 (including packaging) up to an order value of £50.00 – orders above this threshold are delivered free (at standard 1st class mail rate)! Cost is added to your order at the checkout phase. All orders are delivered within 3-4 working days. Orders sent to customers within the LE postal region should arrive a day earlier.
Smaller items (an A4 size envelope) can be sent by UK 1st class Postal service at a price of £2.95
You can select a UK timed delivery option for £12.50 - these orders will be delivered the next working day (excluding Saturdays). Orders must be placed before 3pm.
Please note these charges are for UK only. We do not currently accept international orders.
Note that delivery times can be affected by stock availability. If we are unable to ship your order within three working days you will be contacted by telephone or e-mail. You may then change your order, cancel your order, or place the item on back order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

When you are asked to supply your details we utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This means all data sent to us via the order form is protected and secure.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return any purchase made over the web to us subject to the following:
1. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale, within 14 days of purchase. All original packaging should accompany any returned item. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package.
2. We do not exchange or refund on wigs for hygiene reasons.
3.Items such as makeup or teeth must be returned unopened and unused and the tamper seals are in place where tamper seals are provided.
4.We do not refund shipping costs - this will be deducted when refunding the money back to your account. it is your responsibility to return items to us; we recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery Masquerade cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.
5.Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer.
6.Please note that it is not possible to return items purchased from our website to our shop in Loughborough. You must follow our returns policy and return goods by post.
7.If goods have been damaged in transit contact us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
8.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
